Bien faire caram\u00e9liser.<\/p>\n<p>Etaler la p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e en deux disques de 25 cm, mettre un fond de p\u00e2te dans un moule \u00e0 tarte beurr\u00e9, recouvrir avec les pommes, saupoudrer de sucre et de cannelle, recouvrir du deuxi\u00e8me disque de p\u00e2te, avec un pinceau mettre du jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf sur la p\u00e2te et faire cuire \u00e0 four chaud environ 35 minutes. La tourte doit \u00eatre bien dor\u00e9e.
