Pour cela il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d&rsquo;utiliser un robot-coupe\u00a0: mettre les carottes en tron\u00e7ons, et le persil, quelques tours de robot puis ajouter les courgettes, les oignons, le poivron, continuer de mixer.
