{"id":389,"date":"2006-05-01T23:10:44","date_gmt":"2006-05-01T23:10:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=389"},"modified":"2012-01-06T06:44:03","modified_gmt":"2012-01-06T05:44:03","slug":"fondue-au-chocolat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/fondue-au-chocolat\/","title":{"rendered":"Fondue au chocolat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A faire exclusivement apr\u00e8s un repas l\u00e9ger&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300 g de chocolat noir<\/li>\n<li>15 cl de lait<\/li>\n<li>10 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche liquide<\/li>\n<li>50 g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de vanille en poudre<\/li>\n<li>250 g de brioche<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 boite d&rsquo;ananas (ou ananas frais)<\/li>\n<li>3 bananes<\/li>\n<li>le jus d&rsquo;un demi citron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cassez le chocolat en morceaux, mettez-le dans un caquelon avec le lait, chauffez \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux en remuant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le chocolat soit fondu.<\/p>\n<p>Hors du feu, incorporez le beurre, puis la cr\u00e8me liquide, parfumez de vanille.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9taillez la brioche en cube, \u00e9gouttez les tranches d&rsquo;ananas, coupez les en morceaux.
