Lorsque le m\u00e9lange a blanchi et augment\u00e9 de volume, ajoutez hors du feu la farine et le nescaf\u00e9, m\u00e9langez d\u00e9licatement.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9 beurr\u00e9, versez la pr\u00e9paration jusqu\u2019\u00e0 mi-hauteur, faites cuire vingt minutes<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9moulez cette g\u00e9noise sur une grille, laissez-la compl\u00e8tement refroidir, partagez-la en deux dans le sens de l\u2019\u00e9paisseur.<\/p>\n<p>Faites fondre 200 g de chocolat au bain-marie. Montez la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche en chantilly et ajoutez le sucre glace, incorporez le chocolat fondu ti\u00e8de, tout en remuant.<\/p>\n<p>Etalez une couche \u00e9paisse de cette pr\u00e9paration sur le fond de g\u00e9noise, d\u00e9posez l&rsquo;autre moiti\u00e9, recouvrez enti\u00e8rement le g\u00e2teau avec le reste de chantilly au chocolat.
