Fendez la vanille dans la longueur, raclez les graines avec un petit couteau, ajoutez-les. Versez le lait et la cr\u00e8me, m\u00e9langez. R\u00e9partissez dans des coupelles de terre cuite ou des ramequins.<\/p>\n<p>Posez-les dans la l\u00e8chefrite en veillant \u00e0 ce que l\u2019eau n\u2019arrive qu\u2019\u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 de leur hauteur. Laissez-les cuire pendant quarante minutes environ, le centre des cr\u00e8mes doit \u00eatre encore tremblotant.
