Couvrez et laisser infuser dix minutes hors du feu. Fouettez les \u0153ufs et le jaune avec 40 g de sucre et le sucre vanill\u00e9, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse. Diluez en versant progressivement le m\u00e9lange de lait et de cr\u00e8me \u00e0 la cannelle.
