{"id":402,"date":"2006-05-01T23:37:21","date_gmt":"2006-05-01T23:37:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=402"},"modified":"2013-10-12T10:58:21","modified_gmt":"2013-10-12T08:58:21","slug":"pate-a-choux1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/pate-a-choux1\/","title":{"rendered":"P\u00e2te \u00e0 choux de V\u00e9ro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La recette de V\u00e9ronique qui fait de si bonnes profiteroles&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 200\u00b0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un quart de litre d\u2019eau<\/li>\n<li>100 g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/li>\n<li>une cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 soupe de sucre<\/li>\n<li>150 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>4 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>un jaune d\u2019\u0153uf pour dorer (facultatif)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans une casserole, mettre un quart de litre d\u2019eau avec une demi cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel, une cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 soupe de sucre et 100 g de beurre.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s que l\u2019eau arrive \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, arr\u00eater le feu et incorporer rapidement et en une seule fois 150 g de farine, bien remuer pour \u00e9liminer tous les grumeaux.
