laisser bouillir \u00e0 nouveau et hors du feu, ajouter une pinc\u00e9e de farine et 1 c\u00e0s de Grand Marnier, laisser mijoter encore deux minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Verser cette pr\u00e9paration, cuiller\u00e9e par cuiller\u00e9e, dans des petits moules en silicone (mini muffin ou mini demi sph\u00e8re) et cuire au four 10 \u00e0 12\u00a0mn environ, le temps de cuisson d\u00e9pend des fours et de la grosseur des florentins.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser refroidir, d\u00e9mouler les florentins, faire fondre environ 200 g de chocolat noir ou au lait, en verser une cuiller\u00e9e dans chaque alv\u00e9ole, remettre les florentins en appuyant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement afin de faire remonter le chocolat, laisser jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le chocolat soit dur puis d\u00e9mouler d\u00e9licatement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/photo-copie-51.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-4210\" title=\"photo copie 5\" src=\"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/photo-copie-51-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Merci Isabelle pour ta recette&#8230;
