{"id":429,"date":"2006-05-02T20:54:27","date_gmt":"2006-05-02T18:54:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=429"},"modified":"2016-02-14T14:59:24","modified_gmt":"2016-02-14T13:59:24","slug":"gateau-aux-pommes-5-4-3-2-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/gateau-aux-pommes-5-4-3-2-1\/","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e2teau aux pommes 5 4 3 2 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une recette toute simple et d\u00e9licieuse que m\u00e9m\u00e9 Ren\u00e9e a fait si souvent&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>On peut faire ce g\u00e2teau avec des poires, des p\u00eaches, des prunes, etc&#8230; il est toujours tr\u00e8s moelleux.<\/p>\n<p>Les proportions 5 4 3 2 1 donnent un g\u00e2teau \u00e0 cuire dans un petit moule (22 cm maxi) mais en doublant les quantit\u00e9s il faut cuire le g\u00e2teau dans un moule plus grand, environ 26 ou 28 cm.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te en fouettant vivement le sucre et l\u2019\u0153uf, lorsque ce m\u00e9lange est bien mousseux, ajouter le lait et l\u2019huile \u00a0puis la farine et la levure. battre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit bien lisse.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un moule beurr\u00e9 de 22 cms de diam\u00e8tre environ, verser la p\u00e2te, on obtient une \u00e9paisseur d&rsquo;un centim\u00e8tre \u00e0 peine.<\/p>\n<p>Recouvrir le g\u00e2teau avec les pommes coup\u00e9es en tranches minces, faire chevaucher les tranches comme pour une tarte.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire \u00e0 four moyen (165\u00b0c en chaleur puls\u00e9e) pendant 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me. Faire fondre le beurre, ajouter le sucre et l\u2019\u0153uf battu.
