Les laisser refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante puis les entreposer une heure ou deux au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<p>Au moment de servir, saupoudrer de cassonade et faire br\u00fbler quelques minutes sous le grill ou au chalumeau.
