{"id":44,"date":"2006-04-02T23:11:03","date_gmt":"2006-04-02T23:11:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=44"},"modified":"2021-04-09T11:21:49","modified_gmt":"2021-04-09T09:21:49","slug":"saute-de-volaille-au-curry-dinde-ou-poulet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/saute-de-volaille-au-curry-dinde-ou-poulet\/","title":{"rendered":"Saut\u00e9 de volaille au curry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une recette toute simple et d\u00e9licieuse.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ce plat se pr\u00e9pare avec de la dinde ou du poulet<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u00e9voir environ 200 g de viande par personne, en escalopes ou en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>4 ou 5 \u00e9chalotes (ou oignons)<\/li>\n<li>1 c\u00e0s de curry<\/li>\n<li>20 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche (on peut remplacer la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche par du lait de coco)<\/li>\n<li>sel et poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Faire revenir les \u00e9chalotes hach\u00e9es finement dans un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, puis les mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 dans une assiette creuse.<\/p>\n<p>Couper les escalopes de volaille en lani\u00e8res, les faire revenir dans un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive \u00e0 la place des \u00e9chalotes.
