Monter les cinq blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs en neige ferme avec 50 g de sucre en poudre.<\/p>\n<p>Incorporer les blancs en neige et 50 g de beurre fondu \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration au fromage blanc.<\/p>\n<p>Verser dans le fond de p\u00e2te pr\u00e9cuit, mettre au four pour une quarantaine de minutes.<\/p>\n<p>PATE SUCREE<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g de farine,<\/li>\n<li>100 g de sucre glace<\/li>\n<li>100 g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>1 gros \u0153uf<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sabler la farine, le sucre et le beurre. Ajouter l&rsquo;\u0153uf battu. P\u00e9trir sans trop travailler. Fraiser.
