{"id":456,"date":"2006-05-02T21:51:11","date_gmt":"2006-05-02T19:51:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=456"},"modified":"2016-02-14T14:42:08","modified_gmt":"2016-02-14T13:42:08","slug":"gateau-de-riz-aux-framboises","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/gateau-de-riz-aux-framboises\/","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e2teau de riz aux framboises"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un autre souvenir d&rsquo;enfance&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de riz<\/li>\n<li>une gousse de vanille<\/li>\n<li>un litre de lait<\/li>\n<li>une pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>deux \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>30 g de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<li>100 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>500 g de framboises<\/li>\n<li>1 c \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de rhum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rincez le riz \u00e0 l\u2019eau froide et le mettre \u00e0 cuire dans une casserole d\u2019eau bouillante. Arr\u00eater la cuisson au bout de deux minutes, \u00e9goutter.<\/p>\n<p>Verser le lait dans une casserole et ajouter le riz, le sel et la gousse de vanille fendue en deux. Cuire \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux pendant 45 minutes environ, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le riz ait compl\u00e8tement absorb\u00e9 le lait. Retirer la gousse de vanille.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol m\u00e9langeur, battre les \u0153ufs avec la cr\u00e8me et le sucre. Verser sur le riz et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>Beurrer un moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9 et le garnir avec la pr\u00e9paration. Cuire au bain-marie pendant quinze minutes.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9servez quelques framboises enti\u00e8res pour la d\u00e9coration et mixer le reste. Parfumer ce coulis avec une cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de rhum.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9mouler le g\u00e2teau de riz sur un plat de service et le napper de coulis de framboises.
