{"id":461,"date":"2006-05-02T21:58:25","date_gmt":"2006-05-02T21:58:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=461"},"modified":"2012-12-04T01:06:46","modified_gmt":"2012-12-04T00:06:46","slug":"terrine-dagrumes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/terrine-dagrumes\/","title":{"rendered":"Terrine d&rsquo;agrumes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Oranges et pamplemousses roses<br \/>\nPeler les fruits \u00e0 vif, les r\u00e9server<\/p>\n<p>Dans le vin blanc, \u00bd muscat (type Frontignan) + \u00bd vin fruit\u00e9 (bourgogne blanc)<\/p>\n<p>ajouter<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>gingembre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>3 ou 4 \u00e9toiles de badiane<\/li>\n<li>4 ou 5 clous de girofle<\/li>\n<li>cannelle en poudre<\/li>\n<li>vanille liquide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Faire chauffer pour \u00e9liminer l\u2019alcool, laisser infuser et refroidir un peu.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter des feuilles de g\u00e9latine ramollies dans l\u2019eau froide (beaucoup plus que la dose indiqu\u00e9e sur le paquet, presque le double).<\/p>\n<p>Verser une couche de liquide refroidi dans un moule \u00e0 cake, faire durcir au cong\u00e9lateur, installer les segments de fruits, en alternant pamplemousses et oranges. Entre les couches de fruits bien tass\u00e9s, faire couler du liquide aux aromates.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser figer au moins douze heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<p>Servir avec une sauce au bourgogne rouge avec lequel on fait un sirop \u00e9pais, ajouter des zestes de citrons, trois ou quatre clous de girofle, vanille liquide, gingembre et cardamone.
