{"id":466,"date":"2006-05-02T22:06:29","date_gmt":"2006-05-02T22:06:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=466"},"modified":"2012-01-10T01:33:50","modified_gmt":"2012-01-10T00:33:50","slug":"parfait-au-miel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/parfait-au-miel\/","title":{"rendered":"Parfait au miel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un dessert glac\u00e9&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A congeler trois heures avant de servir, accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019un coulis de fruits rouges.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>40 g de miel<\/li>\n<li>1 c \u00e0 soupe de gingembre moulu<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>10 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche mont\u00e9e en chantilly<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e0 3 c \u00e0 soupe de yaourt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Au bain-marie, battre longuement les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs, le miel, le gingembre et le sucre vanill\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Faire bien mousser mais sans cuire la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p>Incorporer le yaourt dans la cr\u00e8me chantilly puis m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre dans des tasses, recouvrir de film plastique, et congeler trois heures.
