Lorsque la viande commence \u00e0 dorer, ajouter ail et oignon puis les lani\u00e8res de poivron.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter les tomates pel\u00e9es, un peu de leur jus, le bouquet d&rsquo;herbes, saler et \u00a0poivrer.
