ingr\u00e9dients dans un robot (ou m\u00e9langer le tout \u00e0 la main) pour obtenir une belle p\u00e2te bien homog\u00e8ne, elle colle un peu c&rsquo;est normal, rouler la p\u00e2te en boule, la mettre dans un film et l&rsquo;entreposer pendant 30\u00a0mn au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<p>Sur un plan de travail bien farin\u00e9, \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te au rouleau, proc\u00e9der par petits morceaux de p\u00e2te, c&rsquo;est assez fragile et difficile \u00e0 \u00e9taler, puis d\u00e9couper \u00e0 l&#8217;emporte pi\u00e8ce, si vous avez un tampon pour d\u00e9corer, c&rsquo;est le moment de l&rsquo;appliquer.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite d\u00e9poser les biscuits sur une feuille silicone ou une plaque anti-adh\u00e9sive, \u00e9ventuellement on peut dorer au pinceau avec un jaune d&rsquo;oeuf battu + quelques gouttes de lait (je ne l&rsquo;ai pas fait).<\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire pendant une dizaine de minutes en surveillant, les bords dorent tr\u00e8s vite, puis laisser refroidir sur une
