{"id":478,"date":"2006-05-02T22:28:23","date_gmt":"2006-05-02T20:28:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=478"},"modified":"2016-02-14T14:58:46","modified_gmt":"2016-02-14T13:58:46","slug":"tarte-tatin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/tarte-tatin\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarte Tatin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Choisir des pommes qui ne s&rsquo;\u00e9crasent pas en cuisant&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Prendre un moule \u00e0 bords assez hauts, genre \u00ab\u00a0moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9 \u00bb de 24 cm pour huit personnes.<\/p>\n<p>Beurrer ce moule avec 150 g de bon beurre, parsemer sur ce beurre 125 g de sucre semoule.<\/p>\n<p>Epluchez un kilo de pommes, couper celles-ci en gros quartiers et les d\u00e9poser sur la partie bomb\u00e9e, c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te, et remplir les intervalles avec de grosses tranches.<\/p>\n<p>Faire d\u00e9marrer sur feu doux pendant dix \u00e0 quinze minutes, pour pouvoir surveiller le d\u00e9but de la caram\u00e9lisation selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p>Enfourner \u00e0 four \u00e0 180-200\u00b0 environ un quart d\u2019heure.<\/p>\n<p>Sortir et d\u00e9poser un fond de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e ou bris\u00e9e l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus grand que le diam\u00e8tre du moule, remettre au four environ un quart d\u2019heure.<\/p>\n<p>Sortir une fois la cuisson finie et laisser reposer quelques minutes.
