Surtout NE PAS SALER tout de suite, seulement lorsque les lentilles sont cuites (environ 20 ou 25 mn) sinon elles seront dures.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9goutter en gardant leur eau de cuisson pour faire la sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Faire un roux l\u00e9ger en faisant fondre un petit morceau de beurre, ajouter un peu de farine, laisser roussir un peu, ajouter une bonne cuiller\u00e9e de moutarde (selon le go\u00fbt) puis l&rsquo;eau de cuisson des lentilles.
