{"id":481,"date":"2006-05-25T15:24:17","date_gmt":"2006-05-25T15:24:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=481"},"modified":"2015-12-04T23:31:02","modified_gmt":"2015-12-04T22:31:02","slug":"creme-a-la-vanille","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/creme-a-la-vanille\/","title":{"rendered":"Cr\u00e8me \u00e0 la vanille"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Merci R\u00e9gine pour ta recette f\u00e9tiche de cr\u00e8me \u00e0 la vanille&#8230; Un pur d\u00e9lice\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Une recette dont la texture est proche de la cr\u00e8me brul\u00e9e&#8230; sans cr\u00e8me\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 165\u00b0C<\/strong><br \/>\nFaire chauffer de l&rsquo;eau pour le bain marie.<br \/>\nTapisser le fond du moule de papier sulfuris\u00e9 pour recevoir les ramequins, faire des fentes dans le papier (c&rsquo;est pour \u00e9viter les projections d&rsquo;eau sur les cr\u00e8mes)<\/p>\n<p>Faire chauffer le lait et la vanille jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9bullition\u00a0; retirer du feu et laisser infuser 15 mn.<\/p>\n<p>A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un fouet, battre les jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs et le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir m\u00e9lange \u00e9pais et jaune citron.<\/p>\n<p>Reporter le lait \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et verser sur le m\u00e9lange jaunes\/sucre en fouettant non stop, passer au tamis et laisser reposer 2 ou 3 minutes , \u00e9liminer la mousse form\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Verser la cr\u00e8me dans des ramequins, les disposer sur le papier sulfuris\u00e9, verser l&rsquo;eau du bain-marie jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 moiti\u00e9 de hauteur des ramequins ;<br \/>\nlaisser cuire 30 \u00e0 35 mn; la cr\u00e8me doit \u00eatre prise mais encore tremblotante au centre.
