{"id":482,"date":"2006-05-02T22:54:47","date_gmt":"2006-05-02T22:54:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=482"},"modified":"2013-01-19T16:06:17","modified_gmt":"2013-01-19T15:06:17","slug":"nougat-glace","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/nougat-glace\/","title":{"rendered":"Nougat glac\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une recette d&rsquo;Evelyne<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour six personnes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g d\u2019amandes mond\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>100 g de pistaches non sal\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>100 g de miel d\u2019acacia<\/li>\n<li>3 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>50 g de sucre glace<\/li>\n<li>25 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour servir\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g d\u2019un m\u00e9lange de fruits rouges<\/li>\n<li>sucre \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Griller les amandes et les pistaches \u00e0 sec dans une po\u00eale, les concasser grossi\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e9parer les blancs des jaunes, fouetter les jaunes avec le miel jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit homog\u00e8ne et monter les blancs en neige, puis incorporer peu \u00e0 peu le sucre glace.<\/p>\n<p>Monter la cr\u00e8me bien froide en Chantilly ferme et incorporer la pr\u00e9paration au miel.
