On doit obtenir une p\u00e2te bien lisse.<\/p>\n<p>Incorporer d\u00e9licatement les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs mont\u00e9s en neige.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire \u00e0 four moyen (180\u00b0) pendant 30 minutes, puis baisser le four \u00e0 120\u00b0 encore pour 30 minutes.
