Maria Castelnuovo<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Montez trois blancs d&rsquo;oeufs en neige.<\/p>\n<p>Battez trois jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs et 80 g de sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019un m\u00e9lange mousseux puis incorporez 500 g de mascarpone, un citron press\u00e9 et 500 g de fraises r\u00e9duites en pur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Incorporez d\u00e9licatement les blancs en neige.<\/p>\n<p>Trempez 250 g de biscuits \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re dans un m\u00e9lange de jus d\u2019orange (15 cl) et de liqueur d\u2019orange (3cl).<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, comme dans le tiramisu classique, disposez les biscuits et la cr\u00e8me en couches dans le plat.<\/p>\n<p>Laissez refroidir au minimum trois heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.
