{"id":496,"date":"2006-05-02T22:41:15","date_gmt":"2006-05-02T22:41:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=496"},"modified":"2013-08-15T10:07:31","modified_gmt":"2013-08-15T08:07:31","slug":"moelleux-au-chocolat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/moelleux-au-chocolat\/","title":{"rendered":"Moelleux au chocolat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Attention \u00e0 la cuisson, c&rsquo;est un \u00ab\u00a0moelleux\u00a0\u00bb !&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Faire fondre doucement au bain-marie<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g de chocolat noir<\/li>\n<li>90 g de beurre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Battre longuement au fouet<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>3 \u0153ufs entiers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ajouter au m\u00e9lange sucre\/\u0153ufs<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 g de farine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>puis incorporer le chocolat et le beurre fondus.<\/p>\n<p>Verser dans un moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9 de 22 cm de diam\u00e8tre, ou des moules individuels, bien beurr\u00e9s, et faire cuire dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 200\u00b0.
