{"id":500,"date":"2006-05-02T22:46:08","date_gmt":"2006-05-02T20:46:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=500"},"modified":"2016-02-14T14:39:17","modified_gmt":"2016-02-14T13:39:17","slug":"biscuit-tutti-frutti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/biscuit-tutti-frutti\/","title":{"rendered":"Biscuit tutti frutti"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une recette d&rsquo;Evelyne&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g de fruits rouges (fraises, framboises, m\u00fbres, myrtilles\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>deux p\u00eaches ou nectarines<\/li>\n<li>20 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche liquide<\/li>\n<li>40 g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>4 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>120 g de sucre semoule<\/li>\n<li>135 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>30 g de sucre glace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour le biscuit, fouettez les \u0153ufs et 120 g de sucre dans une jatte pos\u00e9e sur un bain-marie ti\u00e8de en une cr\u00e8me lisse et gonfl\u00e9e (environ quinze minutes). Fouettez hors du bain-marie pour que la p\u00e2te refroidisse.<\/p>\n<p>Chauffez le four sur th. 6 ou 7 (200\u00b0). Ajoutez doucement dans la p\u00e2te 120 g de farine et 20 g de beurre fondu ti\u00e8de.<\/p>\n<p>Remplissez au deux tiers de p\u00e2te un moule beurr\u00e9 et farin\u00e9. Cuisez trente minutes au four. D\u00e9moulez aussit\u00f4t et laissez ti\u00e9dir le biscuit sur une grille.<\/p>\n<p>Equeutez les fruits rouges, lavez les p\u00eaches, taillez-les avec les fraises en quartiers.<\/p>\n<p>Fouettez la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche tr\u00e8s froide en chantilly en incorporant le sucre glace en fin de pr\u00e9paration. R\u00e9servez au frais.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e9parez le biscuit en deux dans l\u2019\u00e9paisseur.
