{"id":508,"date":"2006-05-27T06:25:28","date_gmt":"2006-05-27T04:25:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=508"},"modified":"2016-02-14T14:58:26","modified_gmt":"2016-02-14T13:58:26","slug":"tarte-normande-aux-pommes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/tarte-normande-aux-pommes\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarte normande aux pommes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un d\u00e9lice&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>125 g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>une pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>un peu d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour la cr\u00e8me\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 oeufs entiers<\/li>\n<li>100 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>75 g d&rsquo;amande en poudre<\/li>\n<li>100 g de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour la garniture\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 belles pommes<\/li>\n<li>30 g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>60 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>un petit verre de Calvados<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Faire une p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e, la laisser reposer une demi-heure, puis l&rsquo;\u00e9taler et garnir un moule \u00e0 tarte. Mettre le moule au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant une demi-heure.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me\u00a0: dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer les oeufs entiers, le sucre, la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et la poudre d&rsquo;amande. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer la garniture\u00a0: \u00e9plucher les pommes, couper les en d\u00e9s.
