Saupoudrez de curry, versez le lait de coco. Salez, poivrez, m\u00e9langez avec une spatule en bois. Laissez mijoter doucement \u00e0 couvert pendant dix minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps \u00e9pluchez les pommes de terre et coupez-les en fins quartiers.
