Hachez grossi\u00e8rement les cerneaux de noix.<\/p>\n<p>Travaillez le beurre en pommade dans un saladier, puis incorporez les noix hach\u00e9es. Ajoutez le morbier ou le gorgonzola petit \u00e0 petit en \u00e9crasant le m\u00e9lange avec une fourchette, et versez le cognac en filet.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque la pr\u00e9paration est homog\u00e8ne, poivrez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et r\u00e9servez au frais.<\/p>\n<p>Avant de servir, faites griller les tranches de pain puis tartinez-les avec le m\u00e9lange.
