Enlevez la queue, les graines et les parties blanches, puis taillez la chair en petits d\u00e9s. Coupez la f\u00eata en petits cubes.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langez au fouet la farine, la levure et le sel.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un autre saladier, cassez l&rsquo;oeuf et battez-le \u00e9nergiquement pendant une minute: c&rsquo;est le premier secret pour des muffins bien gonfl\u00e9s. Ajoutez le lait, l&rsquo;huile, le poivron et la f\u00eata. Versez ce m\u00e9lange dans le premier saladier, et m\u00e9langez le moins possible: c&rsquo;est le second secret des muffins bien gonfl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Versez cette p\u00e2te dans un moule \u00e0 muffins en silicone, faites cuire environ 25 minutes en surveillant la cuisson avec un couteau.
