Lorsque les morceaux sont dor\u00e9s, ajouter les oignons et poursuivre la cuisson \u00e0 feu vif en surveillant bien et en remuant pour ne pas faire attacher.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9layer le concentr\u00e9 de tomates avec l&rsquo;eau, ajouter le Porto et verser dans la cocotte.<\/p>\n<p>Couper le chorizo en tranches fines, les ajouter \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter les olives, l&rsquo;ail, le thym, saler tr\u00e8s mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment et poivrer. Laisser mijoter pendant 1 heure.
