{"id":553,"date":"2009-01-02T00:38:43","date_gmt":"2009-01-01T23:38:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=553"},"modified":"2012-11-09T00:30:35","modified_gmt":"2012-11-08T23:30:35","slug":"pain-de-mie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/pain-de-mie\/","title":{"rendered":"Pain de mie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mon pain de mie pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 !&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Dans un pichet, je m\u00e9lange l&rsquo;eau, le lait, le sel, et le sucre, je verse tout \u00e7a dans la cuve de la m\u00e0p, j&rsquo;ajoute le beurre, la farine, la levure et je lance le programme \u00ab\u00a0p\u00e2te\u00a0\u00bb (p\u00e9trissage et premi\u00e8re lev\u00e9e) qui dure 1 h 30.<\/p>\n<p>A la fin du programme, je r\u00e8gle la chaleur de mon four sur 40\u00b0 et pendant qu&rsquo;il chauffe je bascule la p\u00e2te sur mon plan de travail, je p\u00e9tris un peu \u00e0 la main et s\u00e9pare le p\u00e2ton en quatre boules que je dispose dans un grand moule \u00e0 cake beurr\u00e9.
