{"id":56,"date":"2010-04-26T15:26:54","date_gmt":"2010-04-26T13:26:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=56"},"modified":"2016-02-14T14:37:08","modified_gmt":"2016-02-14T13:37:08","slug":"moelleux-a-la-rhubarbe-photos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/moelleux-a-la-rhubarbe-photos\/","title":{"rendered":"Moelleux \u00e0 la rhubarbe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00ab\u00a0Au fil de mes r\u00eaves&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb un blog que j&rsquo;aime beaucoup\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>El\u00e9onora, m&rsquo;a fait tr\u00e8s envie avec ce moelleux \u00e0 la rhubarbe, d\u00e9licieux, juteux, pas acide du tout&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Mettre le beurre, le sucre et la vanille dans un saladier, battre longtemps au fouet pour obtenir une masse cr\u00e9meuse.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter les oeufs un \u00e0 un, en m\u00e9langeant bien entre chaque oeuf.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter la farine, la\u00a0levure\u00a0chimique\u00a0et m\u00e9langer \u00e0 nouveau.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter les d\u00e9s de rhubarbe et m\u00e9langer encore.<\/p>\n<p>Beurrer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement un moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teaux, \u00e9ventuellement disposer une feuille de papier cuisson d\u00e9coup\u00e9e \u00e0 la taille du moule, verser la p\u00e2te dans le moule et cuire environ 40 mn \u00e0 180\u00b0C, adapter le temps de cuisson en fonction du four.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser refroidir\u00a010 mn avant de d\u00e9mouler. Ce g\u00e2teau se d\u00e9guste froid et il est encore meilleur le lendemain. Excellent avec de la cr\u00e8me chantilly.
