Laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu ou \u00e0 four doux durant deux heures.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parez une sauce avec les filets d\u2019anchois pil\u00e9s, quelques c\u00e2pres, \u00a0l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et du persil cisel\u00e9.
