Les muffins conserveront ainsi tout leur moelleux \u00e0 la cuisson.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer le crumble en travaillant du bout des doigts le sucre, la vanille, la farine et le beurre. Vous devez obtenir des miettes de p\u00e2te tr\u00e8s friables.<\/p>\n<p>Remplir aux 2\/3 les moules \u00e0 muffins, recouvrir de p\u00e2te \u00e0 crumble et faire cuire pendant 18 minutes \u00e0 chaleur ventil\u00e9e, \u00e0 adapter en fonction des fours.
