Laisser reposer une minute puis verser dans le bol du robot. Ajouter la levure, m\u00e9langer et laisser reposer dix minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter le reste des ingr\u00e9dients dans l&rsquo;ordre, sauf les d\u00e9s d&rsquo;oranges confites et les raisins.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer doucement pour obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne et lisse. Couvrir d&rsquo;un torchon propre et laisser lever quarante\u00a0minutes dans le four \u00e9teint.<\/p>\n<p>Avec une spatule, travailler la p\u00e2te dans le bol du robot une ou deux minutes afin de la d\u00e9gazer ; ajouter les petits d\u00e9s d&rsquo;oranges confites et les raisins secs. Recouvrir du torchon et remettre dans le four \u00e9teint pour quarante minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Verser la p\u00e2te dans un moule beurr\u00e9 et farin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monter la temp\u00e9rature du four \u00e0 180\u00b0C<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lorsque cette temp\u00e9rature est atteinte faire cuire le \u00ab\u00a0fa\u00e7on panettone\u00a0\u00bb pendant quarante minutes, puis baisser la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 <strong>140\u00b0C<\/strong> et laisser encore environ trente minutes, il faut surveiller car les temps de cuisson diff\u00e8rent selon les fours, les moules utilis\u00e9s, etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9mouler sur une grille et laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recette issue du livret \u00ab\u00a0No\u00ebl 2016 Tupperware\u00a0\u00bb que mon amie Christine M a eu la gentillesse de m&rsquo;offrir&#8230;. et que j&rsquo;ai l\u00e9g\u00e8rement modifi\u00e9e !
