Une m\u00e9thode simple est de les placer dans un sac cong\u00e9lation et de taper dessus avec un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.<\/p>\n<p>Faire fondre le beurre et le m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la chapelure de biscuit<\/p>\n<p>Faire une couche uniforme de ce m\u00e9lange dans le moule (utilisez de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence un moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re) puis placez ce dernier au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour que la p\u00e2te durcisse durant le reste de la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Faire fondre le chocolat blanc au bain-marie.<\/p>\n<p>Battez le fromage frais, le mascarpone et la cr\u00e8me dans un saladier puis ajoutez le chocolat blanc fondu et m\u00e9langez de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Incorporez les myrtilles \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration. En cas d&rsquo;utilisation de myrtilles surgel\u00e9es, vous pouvez les incorporer sans les d\u00e9congeler, cela permettra qu&rsquo;elles restent bien enti\u00e8re.
