Dans le reste de lait ajouter le beurre, le sucre, le sel.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un saladier mettre la farine, y faire une fontaine, verser les \u0153ufs et y ajouter le m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Bien m\u00e9langer tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments, soulever la p\u00e2te et la p\u00e9trir \u00e0 la main en l\u2019a\u00e9rant le plus possible.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque la p\u00e2te se d\u00e9colle bien, incorporer la levure, battre encore la p\u00e2te durant quelques instants, puis la ramener au fond du saladier et la recouvrir d\u2019un linge. La p\u00e2te doit lever une heure environ dans un endroit ti\u00e8de.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s qu\u2019elle et bien lev\u00e9e, tapoter (rompre) la p\u00e2te et y incorporer les raisins secs gonfl\u00e9s dans l\u2019eau ti\u00e8de.<br \/>\nBeurrer un moule \u00e0 Kugelhopf et garnir ses cannelures d\u2019amandes, y verser doucement la p\u00e2te et laisser lever \u00e0 nouveau jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle d\u00e9passe un peu les bords du moule.<\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire \u00e0 four moyen environ quarante-cinq minutes, le Kugelhopf doit \u00eatre dor\u00e9.
