{"id":582,"date":"2008-01-04T21:20:35","date_gmt":"2008-01-04T20:20:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=582"},"modified":"2016-02-14T14:46:39","modified_gmt":"2016-02-14T13:46:39","slug":"tarte-aux-noix","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/tarte-aux-noix\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarte aux noix"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une tarte facile \u00e0 faire, d\u00e9licieuse&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>6 personnes, pr\u00e9paration 25 mn, cuisson 30 mn, repos une heure<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e2te bris\u00e9e :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>100 g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>un jaune d\u2019\u0153uf<\/li>\n<li>une pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>4 cl d\u2019eau environ<\/li>\n<li>30 g de sucre semoule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Garniture :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g de cerneaux de noix<\/li>\n<li>3 dl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<li>120 g de sucre semoule<\/li>\n<li>deux \u0153ufs entiers<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019une demi gousse de vanille<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gla\u00e7age et d\u00e9cor\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g de sucre glace<\/li>\n<li>3 c\u00e0s de rhum<\/li>\n<li>une dizaine de cerneaux de noix<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e. La laisser reposer au frais.<\/p>\n<p>Foncer une tourti\u00e8re d\u2019environ 25 cm de diam\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n<p>Mixer les noix et m\u00e9langer tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la garniture.<\/p>\n<p>Verser sur la p\u00e2te. Cuire \u00e0 four chaud (200\u00b0C) trente minutes environ. Laisser refroidir trente minutes.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9layer le sucre glace et le rhum. Etaler sur la tarte.
