{"id":5840,"date":"2017-02-27T11:46:54","date_gmt":"2017-02-27T10:46:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/?p=5840"},"modified":"2021-03-20T10:01:43","modified_gmt":"2021-03-20T09:01:43","slug":"biscuits-craqueles-moelleux-au-citron","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/biscuits-craqueles-moelleux-au-citron\/","title":{"rendered":"Biscuits craquel\u00e9s moelleux au citron"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Une d\u00e9licieuse recette, vue sur internet par mon amie Patricia&#8230; J&rsquo;ai d&rsquo;abord r\u00e9alis\u00e9 cette recette sans rien changer, puis \u00a0je l&rsquo;ai refaite en utilisant du beurre sal\u00e9 et en diminuant la quantit\u00e9 de farine, 200 g au lieu de 300 g, j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0C<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Travailler le beurre mou avec le jus et le zeste de citron.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter l\u2019oeuf entier, battre longuement\u00a0\u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un batteur \u00e9lectrique. Puis ajouter 90 g de sucre en poudre, tout en continuant de bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>Incorporer la farine et la levure chimique jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange lisse.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser reposer au frais 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Fa\u00e7onner des petites boules, les rouler dans le sucre et ensuite dans le sucre glace. Les d\u00e9poser sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9, les aplatir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en les espa\u00e7ant. Laisser reposer encore 10 mn au frais.<\/p>\n<p>Les\u00a0cuire durant 15 minutes.
