Mettre les tranches obtenues dans le sac.<\/p>\n<p>La viande doit rester dans la marinade environ deux heures, au frais.<\/p>\n<p>De la mettre dans un sac herm\u00e9tique permet de la masser pour bien l&rsquo;impr\u00e9gner de marinade, plusieurs fois, sans aucun probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire dans une po\u00eale bien chauff\u00e9e pour saisir la viande, puis baisser le feu et laisser cuire et caram\u00e9liser.
