M\u00e9langer avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter le beurre fondu, m\u00e9langer pour que la p\u00e2te se d\u00e9colle des parois du saladier. Couvrer le saladier avec un film plastique. Laissez reposer pendant 2 heures \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n<p>Sur un plan de travail l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9, d\u00e9poser la p\u00e2te, l&rsquo;aplatir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement au centre, ajouter les p\u00e9pites ou les pralines concass\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Refermer les bords de la p\u00e2te, malaxer rapidement pour r\u00e9partir la garniture et donner une forme allong\u00e9e \u00e0 la brioche.
