Une recette lue sur le d\u00e9licieux blog de Camille \u00ab\u00a0Cakes in the city\u00a0\u00bb&#8230; Je n&rsquo;ai rien chang\u00e9 \u00e0 la recette, juste que je n&rsquo;avais pas d&rsquo;essence naturelle d&rsquo;orange.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un batteur \u00e9lectrique, battre le beurre et le sucre semoule jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse. Ajouter le zeste d&rsquo;orange, battre 30 secondes de plus.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un deuxi\u00e8me saladier, tamiser la farine, le bicarbonate et le sel.<\/p>\n<p>Y incorporer le m\u00e9lange sucre-beurre-orange et battre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la farine soit tout juste incorpor\u00e9e. Ajouter les flocons d&rsquo;avoine et \u00e9ventuellement 1 ou 2 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe de jus d&rsquo;orange si la p\u00e2te n&rsquo;est pas suffisamment li\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Diviser la p\u00e2te en 20 petites boules que vous disposerez (en les espa\u00e7ant de 5 cm) sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Aplatir les cookies avec la paume de la main et les faire cuire pendant 7 minutes si votre four est \u00e0 chaleur tournante, quelques minutes de plus si ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas. Ils doivent tout juste commencer \u00e0 dorer.<\/p>\n<p>Attention, trop cuits, les cookies seraient secs&#8230; dommage !
