Ne pas les laver et conserver les parcelles de pulpe qui adh\u00e8rent aux noyaux.<\/p>\n<p>Les mettre dans un bocal avec l\u2019eau-de-vie et le sucre en morceaux. Fermer herm\u00e9tiquement le bocal.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser ensuite mac\u00e9rer en exposant au soleil pendant trois \u00e0 quatre mois.
