{"id":603,"date":"2011-04-06T19:22:16","date_gmt":"2011-04-06T17:22:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=603"},"modified":"2016-02-14T14:36:32","modified_gmt":"2016-02-14T13:36:32","slug":"amandines-aux-myrtilles-photos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/amandines-aux-myrtilles-photos\/","title":{"rendered":"Amandines aux myrtilles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une gourmandise pour Vincent&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour une douzaine de petites amandines<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans un petit saladier, fouettez 50 g de sucre et 50 g de beurre doux tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s mou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse, puis incorporez un oeuf entier, fouettez \u00e0 nouveau.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez 60 g de poudre d&rsquo;amande, \u00e9ventuellement quelques gouttes d&rsquo;extrait d&rsquo;amande am\u00e8re, m\u00e9langez bien pour obtenir une cr\u00e8me onctueuse.<\/p>\n<p>Dans des petits moules beurr\u00e9s (ou en silicone), d\u00e9posez une cuiller\u00e9e de cr\u00e8me d&rsquo;amande et recouvrez g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement de myrtilles.
