Ajouter la quantit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;eau pour recouvrir tous les ingr\u00e9dients, mais pas plus !<\/p>\n<p>Saler et poivrer et laisser cuire environ 45 mn \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n<p>Puis d\u00e9poser les morceaux de lapin dans un plat de service, tenir au chaud.<\/p>\n<p>Battre le jaune d&rsquo;oeuf et la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.
