{"id":628,"date":"2009-01-19T22:47:19","date_gmt":"2009-01-19T22:47:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=628"},"modified":"2017-10-16T11:50:07","modified_gmt":"2017-10-16T09:50:07","slug":"flan-de-potimarron","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/flan-de-potimarron\/","title":{"rendered":"Flan de potimarron"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le potimarron n&rsquo;a pas besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre \u00e9pluch\u00e9\u00a0! tant mieux&#8230; c&rsquo;est plus vite fait\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9tailler le potimarron en morceaux et faire cuire \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sal\u00e9e, il faut environ 15 \u00e0 20 mn \u00e0 petits bouillons.<\/p>\n<p>Egoutter le potimarron, le r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e fine, peser cette pur\u00e9e. Pour un kg de pur\u00e9e de potimarron il faut 250 g de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, 4 gros oeufs battus en omelette, environ 80g de gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9 (selon votre go\u00fbt), sel, poivre du moulin, un peu de curcuma et noix de muscade fra\u00eechement r\u00e2p\u00e9e. Bien m\u00e9langer tous ces ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n<p>Remplir des ramequins beurr\u00e9s (on peut mettre aussi un disque de papier sulfuris\u00e9 au fond pour \u00eatre s\u00fbr de bien d\u00e9mouler les flans).<\/p>\n<p>Cuire dans un bain marie d&rsquo;eau chaude, pendant 30 mn, dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 165\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9coller les flans avec la lame d&rsquo;un couteau et d\u00e9mouler rapidement, servir tr\u00e8s chaud.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recette pour mon amie Michelle qui est presque aussi gourmande que moi&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Une id\u00e9e de Bouh, du forum CTV&nbsp;: mettre dans chaque ramequin un bouquet de brocolis cuit \u00e0 la vapeur&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>c&rsquo;est joli et tr\u00e8s bon !&#8230; voici la photo de Bouh&nbsp;!
