Merci Na<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e9parez les blancs des jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une jatte, battez les jaunes avec le sucre et le citron jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse. Ajoutez le beurre fondu, la farine et la levure.<\/p>\n<p>Battez les blancs en neige avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel et incorporez-les d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9partissez la p\u00e2te dans un moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9 beurr\u00e9 et farin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Enfournez environ 20 minutes dans le four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 (th.6).
