{"id":638,"date":"2009-03-24T09:53:02","date_gmt":"2009-03-24T08:53:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=638"},"modified":"2017-01-21T09:21:40","modified_gmt":"2017-01-21T08:21:40","slug":"petits-gateaux-aux-agrumes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/petits-gateaux-aux-agrumes\/","title":{"rendered":"Petits g\u00e2teaux aux agrumes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Des petits g\u00e2teaux d\u00e9licieusement parfum\u00e9s et sucr\u00e9s&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dans un saladier, mettez tous les ingr\u00e9dients liquides\u00a0:\u00a0yaourt, beurre fondu, oeufs, \u00a0m\u00e9langez bien cette pr\u00e9paration, incorporez les zestes et m\u00e9langez de nouveau.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un deuxi\u00e8me saladier, mettez les ingr\u00e9dients secs\u00a0: farine, levure, sel et sucre. m\u00e9langez.<\/p>\n<p>Puis m\u00e9langez le contenu des deux saladiers.<\/p>\n<p>Remplissez des moules souples \u00e0 briochettes ou \u00e0 muffins et faites cuire environ 25 mn dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps pr\u00e9parez le gla\u00e7age en diluant le sucre glace dans le jus de citron, selon la consistance, ajoutez, ou pas, quelques gouttes d&rsquo;eau chaude.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s la sortie du four, mettez les g\u00e2teaux sur une grille pos\u00e9e au dessus d&rsquo;un r\u00e9cipient creux pour recueillir l&rsquo;exc\u00e9dent de gla\u00e7age.
