{"id":639,"date":"2009-04-10T02:47:44","date_gmt":"2009-04-10T02:47:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lacuisinedejosy.fr\/com\/?p=639"},"modified":"2012-01-22T14:01:56","modified_gmt":"2012-01-22T13:01:56","slug":"aiguillettes-de-canard-caramelisees-aux-airelles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lacuisinedejosy.com\/index.php\/aiguillettes-de-canard-caramelisees-aux-airelles\/","title":{"rendered":"Aiguillettes de canard caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es aux airelles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une recette de Louise Denisot&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer une marinade avec\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 c\u00e0s de sirop d&rsquo;\u00e9rable<\/li>\n<li>1 c\u00e0s de miel<\/li>\n<li>1 c\u00e0s de sauce soja<\/li>\n<li>1 c\u00e0s de vinaigre balsamique<\/li>\n<li>2 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile (neutre)<\/li>\n<li>1 c\u00e0c de paprika doux<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>des aiguillettes de canard (3 ou 4 par personne)<\/li>\n<li>un bocal d&rsquo;airelles au naturel<\/li>\n<li>de la semouse de couscous<\/li>\n<li>quelques raisins secs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Verser les ingr\u00e9dients de la marinade dans un plat creux, bien m\u00e9langer et ajouter les aiguillettes de canard. Bien masser la viande dans la marinade puis entreposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant trente minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Faire chauffer \u00e0 feu vif une po\u00eale, sans mati\u00e8re grasse, et faire cuire les aiguillettes de canard, elles doivent bien caram\u00e9liser. Les r\u00e9server dans un plat chaud.
