Faire revenir le filet mignon de tous c\u00f4t\u00e9s dans une sauteuse avec le beurre, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et les oignons<\/p>\n<p>Brosser les oranges sous l&rsquo;eau chaude, les essuyer, et avec un \u00e9conome pr\u00e9lever une lani\u00e8re de zeste. Recouper la lani\u00e8re en b\u00e2tonnets. Presser le jus des oranges.<\/p>\n<p>Quand la viande est bien dor\u00e9e, ajouter le fond de volaille, le jus d&rsquo;orange, les zestes, 1\/2 verre d&rsquo;eau, le miel, le sel, du poivre et le piment.
